As a Junior Partner Success Manager (PSM), you will play a key role in retaining and expanding business with our dedicated partners. Your focus will be on managing renewals, supporting partners and distributors, assisting with operational tasks, and qualifying incoming leads from marketing. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Most of your work will be done remotely using digital communication channels and phone calls, so being organized and structured is essential. If you're proactive, motivated, and passionate about cybersecurity and partner relationships, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do Drive renewals and up-sell opportunities with existing customers.
Ensure a smooth renewal process for partners and distributors.
Manage run-rate tasks such as license inquiries and order processing.
Build and nurture strong partner relationships.
Handle incoming operational issues and support escalations.
Be the customer advocate in discussions with our support team.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Qualify and follow up on leads generated by marketing.

We are looking for our next hero in Channel sales for our Rest of World region - a hungry and ambitious sales person to join our successful team.

At Clavister you will work as a member of an expanding company and part of a great team. The Partner Success Manager’s (PSM) primary function is to retain and grow existing business with dedicated Partners. You will manage the renewal sales, provide assistance regarding run-rate orders, support partners and distributors in various daily task and qualify incoming leads from our marketing department. - Build and maintain automated test frameworks and abstraction layers that enables continuous delivery of high-quality web technology software.
- Evangelize for a Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) culture within the organization.

The OneConnect client is our on-device solution component and also the only UX the end user sees – it is a critical component in the overall user experience of our solution. It provides a real-time, two-way channel of communication between the end user operating the device and our security service backend. Technically the client is tightly integrated with the device OS’ security APIs – requirements on stability/availability are very high, a client outage renders the end user helpless - setting a very high bar for architecture and code quality along with verification principles. This is a classic, client-side systems programming challenge.
As Senior Software Engineer you care about end-user experience, high quality code, agile values, modern engineering practices, and sharing what you know to help others grow. In the cross-functional OneConnect team you will primarily be working with development and testing of our client-side software (Windows and macOS). You have good knowledge of either C# or Swift. The Clavister Engineering team is delivering best-in-breed network security solutions to a global and versatile market. Our way of working is based on agile- and lean-principles, we mix Discovery- and Delivery-work in our Sprints, trust the Team to make the right decisions and apply continuous improvements.
As a Senior Software Developer at Clavister you will primarily be working with development of our firewall software. It is therefore key that you master the C programming language but you also need either a deep knowledge of TCP/IP-based networks and network security or a burning interest to master these domains over time!
All applicants will be asked to do a programming test - the result from that test together with findings from subsequent interview with Team members is the data we will base our candidate selection on.
Primary Responsibilities
Explore, scope and define requirements for new functionality
Implement and Unit-test new features and solutions
Debug, enhance and refactor existing functionality
Research new techniques to improve our products

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Network Technology is beneficial

or
+3 years of hands-on experience with software development, preferably related to network communication

Soft Skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Team player, but also able to efficiently accomplish tasks and projects independently
Good time management skills and ability to deliver the right results at the right time
Self-motivated and committed

Technical Skills
Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication, fluency in English is required
Expert knowledge in C-programming
Knowledge of secure software development and the risks related to weak implementations
Interest in network security
Interest in VPN technologies such as IPsec
Interest in cryptographic algorithms
Experience with Git version control system is considered a plus
Experience in working with Linux/Unix environments is considered a plus
Experience with Hypervisors such as VMware, KVM etc. is considered a plus

Provide technical support to our partners and external/internal customers through phone, web support system and on-site. This includes:
Answer technical questions.
Find and suggest alternative solutions and/or create workarounds to help customers bypass problems.
Report product enhancement requests and suggestions.
Troubleshoot, verify, reproduce and report defects.
Document knowledge and findings to help build and maintain "Self Service Content", e.g. create and maintain written/video-based guides and instructions.
Contribute to continuous improvements of our services and products by sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues and teams.

Moreover, proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Linux environments.

Knowledge of network analysis using e.g. Wireshark.
Experience from working as part of a DevOps team
Experience with network design.
Experience doing software development and programming
Experience with scripting languages (such as php, Python, perl, tcl).
Experience with web technologies, web services and cloud-based solutions (such as Azure, Amazon web services etc).
