Main tasks and responsibilities
? Creating manuals and its modules
? Preparing and developing content of the manuals in cooperation with the new building design department
? Handling updates of new revisions of the old manuals
? Maintaining and developing manual software tools & procedures

What you’ll need to succeed
? Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Documentation field or other equivalent university degrees
? Very good technical English, written and spoken, is an obligatory
? Understanding of technical documentation and drawing standards

Main tasks and responsibilities
As our Hydraulic Design Engineer, your primary focus will be enhancing our hydraulic solutions, ensuring their functionality, cost-efficiency and benefits. You'll handle a broad range of tasks, from calculations and modelling to drawings and specifications. A crucial part of your role will also involve managing hydraulic drawing document releases in line with our EPR system milestones.
Beyond that, you'll handle hydraulic-related production issues, participate in R/D projects and crane commissioning, and carry out inspections of subcontractors and suppliers. You'll also play a vital role in educating our team and customers about hydraulic system-related topics.
What you’ll need to succeed
You bring an MSc or B.Sc. in Engineering, specialization in Hydraulics, or equivalent experience, coupled with at least 3 years of relevant business/product experience and an in-depth knowledge of hydraulic components and system design.
Your professional toolkit includes flexibility, problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the capability to develop and present innovative solutions. You easily adapt to new techniques, have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and possess strong cooperation and communication skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.

In this role you will coordinate the activities within R&D Testing in a safe, efficient and productive way together with the manager for R&D Testing. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities and safety within R&D Testing when manager for R&D Testing is not present on site. You will also verify that critical components and systems in MGC projects fulfil the specifications stated by the design department. You will be accountable for improving MGC products regarding cost, functions and benefits.
This is a full time onsite position located in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden and you will report to Rickard Johansson, Manager R&D Testing, Cranes, and Software Designer.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Perform test and validation of hydraulic components, mechanical components and systems. Make written reports of test results. Also perform inspection, repair and adjustments of components for after sales deliveries.
Handle hydraulic components, mechanic components and system related issues from after sales, production, design, commissioning and customers.
Participate in R&D projects and contribute with competence in issues related to hydraulic/mechanic as well as participate in or lead projects within the R&D Testing department.
Perform crane commissioning or troubleshooting in the field when required.
In cooperation with Quality personnel make inspections of subcontractors and suppliers.
Educate and support service, production and commissioning personnel, as well as customers, in hydraulic systems, educate and guide new and hired personnel within the R&D Testing department.
Store and maintain testing and assembling instructions for NS and AS hydraulic units, testing reports performed within the R&D Testing department.
Have required knowledge of safety instructions and routines before performing tests.
Follow up maintenance and service of testing tools and test equipment.
Take active part of assembly and disassembly of test equipment, keeping orderliness in the premises i.e. the stored equipment and articles.

Ideally you have:
Education
Hydraulic education at university degree or alternatively a long working experience with similar tasks.

Education in order to meet requirements from Swedish authority
Certificate for driving forklift.
Certificate for driving overhead crane.
Certificate for driving Sky lift.
Certificate for working with safety harness.
Certificate for hot work.
Certificate for nail gun.

Experience
At least five years of relevant business / product experience.
Experience of commissioning hydraulic and mechanical systems for advanced machinery (cranes).
