Clavister is looking to strengthen our Program Office with an additional Project Manager. Our Program Office leads cross-functional projects involving many parts of Clavister, including Product Management, Development, Hardware, Logistics, Marketing and Support. Many projects also include external hardware and software partners, making the role both broad and strategic.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing complex projects that span multiple teams and organizations. You are confident presenting to senior stakeholders, and you bring strong structure, analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Your interpersonal skills enable you to navigate collaboration challenges and manage potential conflicts with clarity and professionalism.
We prefer that you hold Swedish citizenship and have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

We are looking for our next colleague in Channel Sales for our Global markets – a driven sales person to join our successful team.
At Clavister, you will work as part of an expanding company and a great international team. The Channel Sales Manager’s (CSM) primary function is to retain and grow existing business with dedicated Partners. You will manage renewal sales, provide assistance regarding run-rate orders, support partners and distributors in various daily tasks, and qualify incoming leads from our marketing department.
Most of the work is done remotely, using digital communication channels and phone contact, but the role also requires travels on a regular basis to meet customers and partners in person. As a Junior CSM, you are highly organized and take pride in maintaining a clear structure in how the business is managed.

Main tasks and duties
Drive renewals and up-sell to existing customers and partners
Manage licenses, orders, and partner requests
Build strong, long-term partner relationships
Support marketing campaigns and qualify incoming leads
Handle customer issues and act as their advocate internally
Collaborate with international customers and partners with cultural awareness
Travel about once per month for meetings and events
